Abstract
Communication and Biomedical industry is in continuous growth in the last decade. Compact tunable antennas are crucial in the development of Communication and wearable biomedical systems. The antenna resonant frequency may be tuned by using a varactor to compensate variations in antenna resonant frequency at different locations on the body. Design considerations, computed and measured results on the human body of wideband printed antennas with high efficiency at 434MHz are presented in this paper. The proposed antenna may be used in Communication and Medical systems.
