Abstract :
A Pan-terminal Video Conference System is a system that sounds, images, text and other information can sent from one place to another communication system by multi devices or terminals through internet and mobile network. The Pan-terminal Video Conferencing System, combined with computer and mobile communication technology, can transmit video, sound, image, text and other information of high quality to multiple terminals at the same time, thus saving the cost and shortening the problem-solving cycle. This paper introduces the basic concepts of pan-terminal video conferencing system, together with MCU, COP model framework and their development environments. Then we will outline the structural design and implementation of a Pan-terminal Video Conferencing System based on MCU and COP model.
