Abstract :
Using experimental data on the specific RCS reflected from the sea in the millimeter and centimeter wavelengths, their approximation of the wind speed, angle of radiation of the sea surface and the polarization of the incident field are offered. The proposed model allows us to estimate the intensity of backscatter of millimeter and centimeter radio waves by the sea at grazing angles of radiation surface.
