Abstract :
Resource quality is an important support for information that will determine a success, it is important to be understand and measurably, so it will be done by data collection, analyzed and prepared for development. This software is part of the E-Mini Hospital in the implementation of telemedicine that have been quite adequate for student activities, but for training activities involving the target hospitals are still required to set the system into a complete and prospective training package. Software development about Information Resources Quality as part of the E-Mini Hospital to complete laboratory facilities of Biomedical Technology especially in Medical Informatics can provide wider benefits for students as well as the implementation of cooperation with other institutions. Development carried out by phase: making software, inspected, tested ranging from phase I, II, III and IV that can really run; include: lecturers, programmers and students, with a set of implementation. The development is part of the E-Mini Hospital developed software that included Information Resources Quality. Produce Information Resources Quality Software that technically can be used and useful for students and the community in order to evaluate the quality of training information resources, which is a part of the laboratory infrastructure and generate copyright.
