Abstract
By constructing the model of the relationship between strategic flexibility, organizational learning and enterprise innovation capability, using the software of SPSS and LISREL to analysis the empirical 136 valid questionnaires. The results show that organizational learning has a significant impact on strategic flexibility and innovation capability. Strategic Flexibility in resource flexibility on the direct impact of the innovation capacity is not significantly. This is to provide new evidence and revelation to development of innovative capacity by improving the strategic flexibility and organizational learning for Chinese enterprises.
