  • Abstract
    In this paper, corporate social responsibility is brought forward both as the constructed system and generated system. And the article, based on its levels ranging from basic responsibility to fundamental duties of good citizens to super duties, analyzes the impact on employees´ social emotions when the enterprise implements the different levels of social responsibilities, which results in the different employee behavior performance. The result indicates that enterprises always exists in state of social responsibilities; the higher levels of social responsibilities enterprises carry out, the higher the level of employee performance reactions are; corporate social responsibility will lead to the company-employee responsibility community, fulfilling corporate social responsibility to staff performance belongs to a mechanism of conduction.
