Abstract
Recently emerged global navigation systems are now fully integrated into many engineering areas. As a result, engineering education requires systematic approach to provide high-quality training in the field of satellite positioning systems. This paper presents a solution for the practical aspect of the GLONASS/GPS studies. It describes a remote laboratory at BMSTU that is created for higher education and lifelong training. Experimental setup and its hardware are described. Laboratory server software and current client solution are briefly analyzed. Required changes to integrate the current setup into Labicom platform are listed and discussed.
