Abstract :
According to China´s new medical reform policies, this paper analyses the existent problems of the medical logistics enterprises in the process of development, including the low market concentration, the low level of informatization, the lag management philosophy, the immature third-party logistics, the lack of professionals. Finally, some suggestions and reform measures to solve these problems are proposed. The medical logistics enterprises should promote corporate restructuring, accelerate market integration, improve the level of informatization to achieve a high degree of information sharing, and deepen the concept of logistics outsourcing, establish the concept of active service, improve service quality, develop core competitiveness and strengthen the medical logistics personnel training, providing a reference for the healthy development of medical logistics enterprises under the background of new medical reform.
