  • Abstract
    New global competitive environment displays future cities´ function competition will mainly depend on the strength of the modern service industry, and cluster is an important carrier of speeding up the modern service industry, therefore, modern service industry clusters construction will produce a new wave. In Liaoning province “Twelve-Five” plan, it proposes to focus on important cities, enterprises and projects three major carriers which are bases to build a large scale, high concentrated and distinctive services industry clusters. Through establishing a unique and productive service industry clusters, it will lead to good and fast development of Liaoning overall service industry. This thesis firstly researched the status of Liaoning producer service industry, then it deeply analyzed dynamic mechanism and economic effects of Liaoning producer service industry clusters, and used Gini coefficient to calculate concentration degree of Liaoning producer service industry, at last, it prompted countermeasures according to bottleneck problems of Liaoning producer service industry cluster areas.
