A study of current coal mine drill rig technology training programs

The drill rig is a device used in underground coal mines. It is widely used in several types of coal mine construction. The recent boom in China´s coal mine industry has lead to an increased demand for drill rig technology training programs. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of current coal mine drill rig technology training programs, in particular Xi´an Research Institute of CCTEG´s most recent training program for drill rig technology. In order to improve the training quality, the specialty training program has been applied in coal mine drill rig technology training. Based on the underground drilling equipment characteristics, the appropriate and effective training strategies, content, method, and evaluation are proposed in this paper. This program should act as a program model for drill rig companies throughout the industry.
