Abstract :
In the evolution of Multi-level, non-equilibrium urban system of China, regional centre for cities is the strategic point for economic integration, its comprehensive ability directly impact on the ability of control of national economy and allocation of regional strategy resource. This paper view from strategy support, innovation lead, regional lead and service hub four dimensions, applies the method of theory selection and empirical filter, designs the evaluation of comprehensive ability of regional centre for cities, and uses relative deviation fuzzy matrix and variation coefficient method building the comprehensive ability evaluation model. At last, in the case of Wuhan for comparison analysis, put forward the whole developing tendency of “four strong, four weak”.
