Research on control strategy of development cost of innovative and entrepreneurial human resource

Human resource is the most subjective initiative and exploitable resource of all resources. The development cost of innovative and entrepreneurial human resource is the sum of direct and indirect cost that innovative and entrepreneurial human resource develops. This paper explores measuring model and cost-control environment of development cost of innovative and entrepreneurial human resource. Then based on human-centered idea, the paper puts forward corresponding melting strategy from perfecting cost-control system and establishing professional tutorial system.
