The study of rural financial development and rural economic growth in the Heilongjiang province

The affect of countryside financial is concerned more and more by scholars. This paper is combined with China´s current rural financial reform, analyze problems and causes of rural financial development and rural economic growth in Heilongjiang province, and discusses impact of rural finance in rural economic development in Heilongjiang province, in order to analyze financial factors which affect economic growth of countryside. The government should change phenomenon of rural capital outflow by the reform of rural financial system, increase the investment in rural finance, increase the financial support of commercial agriculture, increase financial support agriculture policy functions, and apply flexible interest rate policy, make rural savings transfer to the rural investment, promoting the development of rural economy.
