Abstract

In order to reveal the Xi´an High-tech Zone competitiveness of industrial clusters in the country´s position in high-tech zones, the first quantitative analysis tools combined with a measure designed to evaluate high-tech cluster competitiveness evaluation index system of the country´s 20 major state-level high-tech zones industry cluster factor analysis of the situation and calculate the overall score, ranking sixth draw in Xi´an high-tech Zone, Xi´an high-tech Zone concludes should be selected from industry, international, technological innovation and other aspects of policy recommendations to improve their competitiveness.
