  • Abstract
For property of inter-organization and knowledge-intensive of HTVE, necessity of knowledge management performance evaluation of High-Tech Virtual Enterprise (HTVE) is analyzed. According to the theory of knowledge management and comprehensive evaluation, indicator system and general procedure of knowledge management performance evaluation of HTVE are designed. AHP as a decision method is used to get the weights of indicators, and sequential fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCE) is used to accomplish evaluation of knowledge management performance (KMP). There are three moments for knowledge management performance evaluation, as prophase, metaphase, and anaphase, in which five ratings can be arrived at the performance. The final performance can provide HTVE with decision support.
