  • Abstract
    According to the definition and inscape of regional technology innovation ability, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of regional technology innovation ability from technology innovation input, output, potential and environment four aspects. In order to reduce the indeterminacy and subjectivity of experts´ suggestion, the index weight is determined by means of the fuzzy group decision model and twice convergence analysis method. Then this paper constructs evaluation model to measure technology innovation ability of fourteen cities in Liaoning province based on relative data. The regional difference among cities is discussed by analyzing various factors that influenced on technology innovation ability. According to the current situation and existing problems of technology innovation ability in different cities, the policy suggestions are put forward for development and strategic direction in the future.
