Abstract
Interest in mobile broadband and ubiquitous usage of mobile phones in all areas, especially in closed venues requires a new approach in designing radio access mobile networks. A new approach that requires planning from “indoor to outdoor” has been proposed and appropriate examples have been given to demonstrate the difference to standard planning of indoor coverage.
