Abstract
Gold nanoantenna arrays with Kretchmann prism coupling configuration are designed as high sensitivity bio-sensor. In order to achieve higher near-field enhancement, total internal reflection (TIR) is used to transfer the input energy into localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR). Base on this geometry, multiple coupling modes are observed and the magnitude of electric field shows 6.9 time higher than the traditional gold film sensor.
