  • Abstract
This paper is intended to approximate the variation of the voltage versus capacity at different discharge currents in electric batteries, that is, a function is sought to obtain discharge curves of a mathematical form. Using the mathematical software Maple 15, an approximate function was obtained using the method of least squares with the predefined function Least Squares Plot. The result was a surface capable of reproducing the discharge curves of the battery at different intensities or download speeds. The mathematical result showed error on real curves. This paper reflects the results obtained and the model proposed approach, also the surface obtained allow the creation of functions to calculate discharge curves for non-constant intensities.
