Abstract
Along with the increasing complexity of system structure and its function, the failure process of the system presents complicated dynamic characteristics. The traditional calculation method of the system reliability takes into account the parts are transferred between different states in the global state space. With the increasing number of the subsystem and the parts, the traditional calculation method of the system reliability has a problem. In order to solve the problem, the paper is based on improved hidden Markov state transfer model to solve system reliability calculation. Example analysis shows that the method can well solve the dynamic characteristics system´s reliability analysis problem, and it has higher precision.
