IEEE Wireless Communications Letters (WCL) is a joint publication of the IEEE Communications Society, the IEEE Signal Processing Society, and the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society. WCL publishes timely, novel and high-quality recent results on Wireless Communications in letter format, i.e., 4 pages maximum.
