Indicator system construction and gray correlation selection for influence factors of service pricing

Service pricing is an important content of service science research, but the service industry pricing has not yet formed a price indicator system. Sorting out pricing influence factors of some service industries through the literature analysis, we constructed the indicator system for influence factors, which can be applied to general services industry pricing, and provided the reference for service pricing under complex environment. Because of the poor information and little data, we selected the main indexes among the indicator system by using the Gray Correlation Analysis. The simulation case shows that the indicator system of service pricing and the method of indicator selection in this article have good application value in real world.
