Abstract
A high sensitivity metal-assisted guided mode resonance biosensor is fabricated by nano-imprint method. All the MaGMR chips are designed resonating in fundamental TE mode. The resonance wavelength can be tuned from 800nm to 870nm with bulk sensitivity varied from 200nm/RIU to 600nm/RIU. The measurement data shows good agreements with simulations.
