  • Abstract
    Development of electric vehicles(EVs) is being continuous by various countries across the world. Integration of renewable energy sources(RES) and EVs´ charging and discharging facilities in local area(microgrid, for instance) will be the most direct way to achieve the win-win goal of synergistic effect on both sides. This paper firstly proposes the feasible structures of the integrated system, including AC/DC/hybrid microgrid. Then several key issues and future research areas such as optimal configuration, control method, economical operation and power quality are analyzed. The integrated technology will provide technological support for the construction of smart grid.
