Abstract
Anti-jamming effect evaluation on Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR) is an important issue for electronic warfare. Existing evaluation methods always use the change before and after jamming of one or more indicators (or characteristics parameters) to assess the effect of jamming, in which these indicators are obtained from 2-D ISAR image. Performance of these methods will descend if the quality of ISAR image is very poor or even the ISAR image cannot be obtained. To overcome this deficiency, a new comprehensive evaluation method based on Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) theory aim to target recognition is presented. Firstly, the evaluation model of ISAR anti-jamming is build using MADM. Then the evaluation indicator system is proposed. And it is made up from three layers of ISAR imaging, including indicators of signal layer, indicators of image layer and indicators of decision-making. Relative weight of indicators is decides by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm. At last the ELECTRE-III is used to evaluate the performance of ISAR anti-jamming. Simulation shows the reasonableness of the proposed model and method.
