Abstract
The advances in microscopic imaging technology have created great amount of unprecedentedly clear images of neurons. How to extract useful information from this massive data has created another challenge for neuroscientists. The connectivity relationships among these neurons provide critical clues for understanding how the information is transmitted in the brain. In this paper, we analyze the neurons in the Drosophila brain, find the possible connecting path, and furthermore, perform cluster analysis from the connectivity information of thousands of tangled neurons.
