  • Abstract
    This paper analyzes the urban image data, 3D model data and the urban road data to realize the transportation simulation in 3D Virtual City. Based on the platform of UC-win/Road, we use the Spline curve to design the plane alignment in reconstructing the main roads, which are further combined with the cross sections and the vertical sections to generate the 3D road. The traffic signals are then included in the intersection, along with the street lights and the road landscape to complete the functions of roads. By analyzing the traffic signals of the road intersections, we can now generate the dynamic traffic flows of transportation simulations in the platform of UC-win/Road.
