Music retrieval system using chroma feature and notes detection

Chroma-based feature is one of the most useful information in the area of music retrieval. In this paper, a novel music retrieval system based on chroma feature been proposed. The core of this system is the music fingerprint that be extracted from the chroma feature. Beyond that, notes detection technique also has been implemented in our system to assist the retrieval process. The preliminary result of experiments shows the proposed system occupy both speed and accuracy.
