  • Abstract
    To obtain the Micro-arc oxidation (MAO) process load characteristics, realize the online measurement, Micro-arc oxidation load characteristics online measurement system is designed by frequency response technology in this paper. Sine wave voltage excitation whose mode is frequency sweeping, series operation with micro-arc oxidation DC source. The amplitude and phase angle frequency response characteristics curve by measuring the voltage and the current in real time. According to the curve data, the transform function and the circuit parameters are obtained by matlab computing, then citify the method by equivalent circuit experiment and simulation.
