Abstract
Virtual restoration and reconstruction based on digital technology has been widely applied in protecting and exhibiting the cultural heritage in China. The “digital heritage” which is produced by such virtual restoration and reconstruction technology has been enriched. This paper analyzes the ideas and technologies in practical cases and summaries with three modes. Besides, the importance of accuracy evaluation criterion of the “digital heritage” is emphasized from the perspective of sustainable development.
