  • Abstract
    In order to study the problem that the ink flow process has a great influence on the quality of offset printing, the influence of different parameter conditions at ink fountain roller on the characteristics of ink flow is analyzed. The mathematical model of ink flow field is established and simulated. The characteristic and the state of motion of the ink flow are analyzed through the speed cloud map of ink flow field. Linear function relation between the ink flow rate and the speed of ink fountain roller is determined by fitting different ink fountain roller speed and the corresponding ink flow value. And the accuracy of results is proven and analyzed.
