Abstract
As a representative of the clean energy, the demand of wind energy is growing rapidly in China. But the wind power do not have a competitive price and it leads to the fact that the on-grid energy of wind power has not risen accordingly, 11 factors were screened from a host of the factors affecting the wind-power price in China. The method of interpretive structural modeling and the principle of adjacency matrix were used to analyze the level of those factors. By using Boolean operation of matrices, the structure of the complex system can be converted to clear multi-level hierarchical structure. Based on the analysis of the relationship among the factors of each level and its effect on the wind power pricing, some positive effects have been brought to form competitive price of wind power in China.
