Abstract
We present in this article a synthesis of the state of the art of the cost of obtaining quality and the challenges of the costs of not-quality. We used and adapted an approach for measuring and reducing quality costs for controlling industrial processes in a hospital. The proposed method of evaluation and reduction of quality costs is a solution to the problem in terms of providing quality assurance and adaptation of the method to the cost of obtaining quality process approach. It implements operational aspects and simple analysis intentionally. Indeed a cumbersome method of use is quickly doomed to abandonment by the pilot process. We propose in our case study to exploit and adapt this procedure in the service of the central pharmacy of the University centre Hassan II of Fez in Morocco, especially in the unit of production chemotherapy.
