Abstract :
Multi-Criteria Decision Aid (MCDA) has been one of the fastest growing areas of operational Research (OR) during the two last decades. The MCDA often deals with ranking of many concrete alternatives from the best to the worst ones based on multiple dimension conflicting criteria. This article presents a new hybrid MCDM-METHOD used in the selection of the best renewable energy project. This MCDM integrated approach is based on the combination of the preference function, the Multicriteria K-Means algorithm and the Satisfactory Game theory. The main idea of this new method is to split the renewable energy projects (REP) into hierarchical levels, classified over time. In each level, the criteria are weighed, and a mathematical relation function is developed. For the success of the hypothesis, each level should be validated before accessing to the next one. Before the use of this analysis, the decision makers should have basic information about the Renewable Energy map of the country, identify all the stakeholders, the authorities, the environmental association, the social representatives and the public/private energy companies, who will influence the decision, and finally know in details the specific Electricity subventions and laws.
