Abstract
Collaborative supply chains have become an important element for recent years for many companies to improve their supply chain efficiency. This paper reviews the literature on operation research tools and methods for collaboration in supply chain. First, optimization methods for the collaborative supply chain are presented for both vertical and horizontal collaboration. In horizontal collaboration, collaborative transportation management is the most present in the literature, especially vehicle routing problem. Both carriers and shippers collaboration are described. In vertical collaboration, collaborative production planning and resources pooling papers are reviewed. Then several simulation tools used for collaboration are presented.
