Abstract
This paper describes about the design and installation of the Adaptive Cruise Control System (ACC) [1] for two wheelers. The proposed idea is an extension of the same system that has been successfully implemented in four wheelers [1]. Ultrasonic sensor is used to monitor the distance and the signal is being sent to the AT 89c51ED2microcontroller, which controls the speed of the vehicle through brake control and fuel flow control.
