Personalization of automatic e-mail response for the university system

Electronic mail, commonly called email or e-mail, is a method of exchanging digital messages across the Internet. This mode of communication is also used within the university by different bodies such as students, placement department, faculties, administrative department and others in order to exchange or transfer important pieces of information. We propose an email response system which not only synchronizes different mail-boxes of a particular user on one platform but also personalizes emails according to the user and helps in automatically replying to the known queries which will save a lot of time.
