Abstract :
Cavity-enhanced high harmonic generation is demonstrated at 10 MHz repetition rate with Yb-fiber laser. 0.1 mJ of pulse energy is obtained for intracavity fundamental pulses and up to 31st order high harmonic radiation is observed.
