  • Abstract
    For the issues of water resources management, it has an important practical significance to apply data analysis and mining in it. The paper discussed the strategies of water quality information mining by using the basic principle of Pareto law, from the water quality, facilities and network information content, organization and personnel. It also made a quantitative analysis of the importance of the information using the information entropy theory. It can realize the goal of water quality information scientific mining and management by using Pareto law and information entropy synthetically.
