  • Abstract
    Traditional energy-saving dispatching is easy to cause spinning reserve centralized distribution, leding to the increase of reserve insecurity. And, it ignores the influence that reserve makes on the target coal consumption. To solve this problem, we Consider wind power, load forecasting error cases, lead into coal saving benefit, as well as power grid loss factor. The integrated goal include unit coal consumption and coal conversion. in order to the reliability of the system, introducing risk indicator, as a constraint, it constructs the model in certain risk situations of optimal reserve distribution. IEEE-RTS24 system was used as numerical cases. Research in the different risk limits required reserve capacity and system coal consumption. Analyze the impact of different factors the system coal consumption and the reserve capacity, As well as certain risk limits on each unit distribution of reserve capacity.
