Abstract :
Research and development signal generation system which can simulate the real working state is essential for the ECU dynamic detector. Through the analysis of the structure type and signal characteristics of different engine ECU sensors, the form of engine ECU input signal under different working conditions is summarized. On this basis, taking full consideration to Optional variable characteristics of input signal frequency, amplitude and so on, the physical circuit of signals simulation system is designed. And the results of physical verification show that the input signal simulation system designed is able to meet the needs of the fault detection of different ECU under different conditions.
