Abstract :
Navigation inter-satellite links (ISL) may be disturbed by various jamming. The whole navigation system will be influenced. To perform a quantitative evaluation of this influence, the ISL jamming influence propagation principle is analyzed and an evaluation method based on global positioning availability loss is put forward. Simulation experiments for several jamming scenarios show that for the ISL with narrow-beam antennas and high-power ground jamming source, the influence to ISL can reach to the maximum when a continuous tracking jamming mode is adopted far away from the upload station. A single ground jamming source can leads to over 20m positioning error sustained in over 5% time of a day within the 46.05% area of the globe.
