Abstract :
The evaluation of the city emergency risk is an important basis of the development of the city emergency capability. This paper made a evaluation to the eight sample cities based on the IAHP-Entropy integrated method. The IAHP-Entropy integrated method reflects both the knowledge of the expert and the information of the raw data. And the sample cities are choice by the three standards such as disaster distribution, city type and geography location and so on. And they are Nanning, Harbin, Yinchuan, Shenyang, Jinan, Chengdu, Wuhan and Guangzhou. The evaluation result shows that the city emergency risk of Guangzhou and Chengdu is higher, and the Nanning and Yinchuan´s risk is lower. And the result conforms to the reality.
