  • Abstract
    The perpendicularity of three-axis turntable directly affect the turntable´s work precision, and orthogonal perpendicularity error of the three-axis turntable is mainly controlled by measuring length, dial gauge, precision and azimuth axis deviation comprehensively. Form an engineering reality, with dial gauge and three-dimension entity check stick, measurement method of orthogonal three intersecting axis perpendicularity of three-axis turntable was presented through research the method of determining the axis of the three-axis turntable. Finally, with the principle of uncertainty, the uncertainty of perpendicularity error of the axis to each other of perpendicularity error of the axis to each other was separated by living examples.
