New to this issue is a reprint of the contents of the April 2014 issue of the IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation. Republishing the contents of the Transactions may be helpful to the reader interested in the papers in the Transactions. This will become a regular feature of the magazine and can be found under DEIS News. Please note that the offset in timing is due to the difference between the publication dates of the Transactions and the Magazine.
