Abstract
This paper mainly concentrates on the various ways to warn the common people about the unexpected natural calamities occurring in our environment, using the most economical inter mobile tower communication. This paper discusses the unique way in which we can forecast and precisely broadcast the notification regarding the upcoming natural disaster comprising existing recourses of modern communication equipments. This technology can be implemented to look forward to catastrophes like Tsunamis, Earthquakes, Hurricanes, Volcanic eruptions and Landslides and also to intimate the public at the earliest. These calamities are monitored by their respective warning systems and are sent to the Base Transmitting Station (BTS) at the location of impact. From the BTS, at a reserved frequency, a warning signal complied of data regarding the type of disaster, and the nearest place of refuge along with navigational assistance are broadcasted to all mobile stations contained by it. By implementing the inter-tower communication from the BTS, the signal is transmitted to all the BTS within the vicinity of the impact made by the catastrophe. For the better management and remedial measures of the occurred mishap, the scientific data comprising the intensity, expected area of destruction by the disaster is sent to the pioneers in the field using satellite link. In order to avoid congestion during transmission of warning all MS (Mobile Station) signals are interrupted temporarily for ensuring safety.
