Abstract :
Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) is architecture to enable easy connectivity among the networking electronic devices from different vendors. UPnP provides appropriate security protocol that allows different devices to access the sharing resources according the access control policies. In recent years, the rapid development of computer technology, many people have multiple intelligent devices. The people want to transfer data between their personal devices in the public network environment, securely and expediently. UPnP specifications have no support of group management and secure group communication among devices. In this paper, we propose an UPnP group key management scheme that based on the group signature algorithm. The scheme consists of the member join, revoke, signature verify, and secure communication among the group members. Finally, we compared with other security schemes.
