Abstract
This paper discusses the target tracking in Ultra-Short-Range Radar (USR Radar) system, where the applications of Kalman filter, alpha-beta filter and least square filter for ultra-short-range detections are simulated and analyzed. Considering the specialty of target tracking in this circumstance, a practical and simple method of target tracking is proposed. Filtered target range and radial velocity are utilized to get the arrival time, and straight line fitting algorithm is applied to select appropriate counter-attack ammunition. And the experimental result indicated that the method has much lower inaccuracy than traditional ones.
