Abstract
The size estimation of space target is useful to help monitor the collision of space targets. The traditional methods cannot obtain accurate size of three-axis stabilized targets via narrow-band radar. This paper presents a new algorithm based on cross-range profile. Through single range cell motion compensation and cross-range scaling, we can finally make the estimation of cross-range length. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
