Abstract
In this paper we propose a novel stochastic algorithm for direction of arrival (DOA) estimation of polarized electromagnetic sources impinging on a six-component vector-sensor array, based on the PARAFAC decomposition of the fourth-order covariance tensor of the polarized data. The Cramér-Rao bound is derived and the performance of the proposed method are compared to a prior trilinear deterministic version of the algorithm and to MUSIC for polarized sources.
